Il verdetto è stato dato in un aula della corte di giustizia di Perugia: Amanda Knox è stata riconosciuta come l'assassina di Meredith Kercher ed espierà la sua colpa scontando 26 lunghi anni in galera. La giustizia italiana in questo caso non si è lasciata intimorire dalle lettere di "raccomandazione" di un famoso giudice americano che chiedeva ai colleghi di assolvere Amanda knox, e speriamo non ceda alle recriminazioni fatte dalla senatrice Maria Cantwell e dalla celeberrima Hilary Clinton, che chiedono a gran voce che l'assassina sia scarcerata. I giornali americani hanno definito la sentenza come oltraggiosa prospettando un attacco frontale al sistema giudiziario italiano.

Dio, chiudi la bocca a tutti gli esponenti della "aristocrazia" americana che cerca di proteggere la ragazza figlia della loro cultura puritana con sottofondi torbidi . Se qualcuno deve proprio dare giudizi e mettersi in cattedra in tema di magistratura, bè questi non sono gli americani. Vorrei ricordare che coloro che invocano la scarcerazione della studentessa americana hanno ancora in auge la pena di morte. E' un dato di fatto, supportato da statistiche competenti, che più del 70% dei condannati a morte negli Stati Uniti, siano gente di colore, poco scolarizzzati e soprattutto poverissimi. I ricchi magari sono spediti in galera, ma anche con evidenti prove di colpevolezza, non si prospetta per loro lo spettro della sedia elettrica. Un caso su tutti, O.J. Simpson: ha ucciso la moglie e il suo amante riducendoli come la carne Simmenthal, ed è vivo. Il signore in questione non era certo caucasico, di sicuro non aveva un'alta qualifica accademica ma era sfacciatamente ricco e influente, ed è ancora vivo. La giustizia a stelle e strisce ha due pesi e due misure e la legge lì non è uguale per tutti. Dio, te lo chiedo ancora una volta, fai tacere chi sta cercando di difendere quell'assassina dipinta non come una figliol prodiga ma come una vittima del sistema gudiziario. Dio ci salvi dai ricchi puritani e dia giustizia alla famiglia Kercher.

Amanda Knox 's verdict had arrived: she was found guilty for killing her faltemate, the English student Meridit Kercher, in Perugia. Italian court decided to sent her behind bars for 26 years. In this case, Italian judges didn't take the suggestion of an American judge who wrote a long letter to" reccomend" his Italian collegues to discharge her. I hope they don't take into serious consideration all complaints from American establishment who wants Amanda free. People as senator Maria Cantwell and the most popular ex first lady : Hilary Clinton, are asking by media that Amanda must be release. Furthermore, American 's media has defined the trial and the final verdict unfair prospecting a frontal attack towards the entire Italian system of justice.

God please shout the mouth of all American aristicracy members whom are trying to protect a girl born and grew up in their puritan culture with torbid background. If someone have a desire to judge Italian justice, well have not to be an American one. I would like to underline that who demands Foxy Knoxy release has in his/her law the dead penality for killers like her. It's a matter of fact, supported by statistic, that 70% of prisoners who were justiced by dead penality were black, with no education and, above all, very poor. Rich are sent to jail, but for them there is not a spectrum of eletric chair. One famous case was OJ Simpson: he killed her wife and her lover in a very brutal way, and he is still alive. Mr Simpson, was not white, he hasn't a hight education but he was one of the richest man in USA. Stars and stripes's justice seems to have a particluar attention for rich people troubles; the USA law is not equal for everybody. Please God, once again, shout their mouths, make this people in silence. They want defend not a "lost sheep" but, despite all evidences, they claim that Amanda is innocent and the Italian system is wrong. God save us to American puritanity and give Kercher family a real justice.

Le solite brave ragazze - The good girls

Si indignano, puntano il dito, giudicano senza diritto di replica tutto ciò che va contro la loro morale gretta e obsoleta. Sono le solite brave ragazze, ben educate, sempre composte e rigide nei loro integerrimi discorsi che in tutto e per tutto assomigliano alle lezioni catechistiche acquisite mnemonicamente a cui però sfugge la logica che le ha generate. Nelle loro parole si percepisce chiaramente la mancanza di una carismatica convinzione, ma d'altra parte è ben presente l'orgoglio d' appartenenza ad una elite chiusa. Peccato che, conoscendole meglio, entrando nei loro mondi ed esplorandone i contenuti ci si trova davanti ad un enorme abisso di incoerenza. Infondo sono anche loro figlie dell'epoca moderna e non disdegnano di controvertire alle regole purchè nulla si sappia, nulla trapeli in superficie. La loro non è soltanto ipocrisia ma una strategia ben chiara, costruita ad arte per distinguersi dalla massa composta dalle cattive ragazze, quelle che, "sfrontatamente", non nascondono i pensieri impuri e le cattive azioni. Le ragazze "per bene" certe cose non le dicono, ma questo non vuol dire che non le fanno! Come sosteneva Ute Ehrhardt: "Le brave ragazze vanno in paradiso, le cattive dappertutto". Le angeliche fanciulle non si precludono nessuna delle due opzioni.

They make indignant, they point their fingers, they judge without allowing any objections by whom is against their niggardly and obsolete ethic. I am writing about the good girls: well polite, always tidy and rigid in their upright speeches that look like lessons acquired mnemonically long time ago to which, however, it has been missed the logic underneath them. In their words a lack of charismatic conviction is clearly perceived, but on the other hand the strong pride to being in a closed elite it is strongly remarked. It's a shame that knowing them a little bit better and exploring their worlds make me believe that there is an enormous gap of incoherence in this girls. At the end of the day they are part of this modern era and they don't reject to break rules as long as nothing will come up, nothing must slip out in surface. Theirs way of life is not only hypocrisy but a strategy built to distinguish themselves from bad girls, those that, "impudently", don't hide impure thoughts and bad deeds. Good girls don't say bad things but this doesn't mean that they don't do them. Ute Ehrhardt writes: "Good girls go to heaven, bad girls go everywhere". Well, the "angelic" young lady don't want to be blocked in neither of the two options.

Che fine ha fatto la cortigiana storica, meravigliosa femmina dedita al peccato altamente remunerato, punta di diamante della prostituzione, divoratrice di patrimoni ingenti? Dove è finita la responsabile di suicidi e duelli tra amanti gelosi, accumulatrice di perle rare e pariglie di 12 cavalli con carrozza, brillante protagonista del suo salotto letterario e mondano, musa di grandi artisti? La figura di queste donne ambiziose che in alcuni casi, e Madame Pompadour la preferita del Re Sole ne è un chiaro esempio, si sostituivano alle regine spodestandole, non è scomparsa. La cortigiana del nostro secolo ha cambiato abiti e attitudini ma gli intenti sono rimasti immutati: seduce per ottenere i suoi sogni, ammalia l'ingenuo per poter godere del rispetto sociale di una corte trasformata in lobby, mette tutte le armi femminili in campo per ottenere ciò che vuole senza soffermarsi sui dettagli dell'amore. La cortigiana contemporanea concede la sua giovinezza, avvenenza o disponibilità all' ingordigia maschile, ha imparato a richiedere favori diversi dal denaro a uomini non necessariamente ricchi ma che possano garantire la scalata verso il successo. Tra il reciproco dare ed avere la transazione oggi avviene su un piano diverso: quello del potere un tempo inaccessibile alle donne e quindi non mercanteggiabile, oggi pieno di scorciatoie attraverso cui le cortigiane magari sapienti, riescono ad accedere senza perdere tempo in inutili studi o dispersivi tirocini. Tutti sanno dello scandalo delle veline proposte da Silvio Berlusconi per il Parlamento Europeo. Questo post non è dedicato a loro, ma a colei che chiamerò Miss X, una ragazza di poco più di venti anni. Fino a qualche anno fa la cara Miss X si poteva definire come "signorina nessuno", oggi occupa una posizione di rilievo in un partito politico, fa la giornalista ed è collocata in quello che si può definire il network dei potenti. Qualcuno penserà che la ragazza in questione sia una persona dal talento innato e dalle capacità straordinarie. Lasciatemi dire, ad onor del vero, che Miss X è ingamba, ma per raggiungere e sorpassare la sua ambizione ha avuto bisigno dell' "aiutino" del suo amante, uomo estremamente influente che l'ha introdotta nei giusti ingranaggi spingendo l'accelleratore sulle sue celebri conoscenze. L'egregio signore ha 68 anni... bè si avete capito bene proprio 68 e la giovane non ha esitato un secondo a prendere "la palla al balzo". Il suo principio guida è stato: usare tutto come mezzo e se stessa come fine. Seguendo questa spietata logica di vita Miss X ha scavalcato tutte le concorrenti, tutte le sceme come me che stanno facendo la gavetta dura per essere giornalista, tutte coloro che lavorando duro per costruirsi un futuro. Ma infondo la vita è fatta di compromessi e le scorciatoie esistono, "sfortunatamente" io preferisco arrivare ai miei obiettivi, nei tempi dovuti. Guardardarmi allo specchio e vedere non una cortigiana ma una guerriera libera dal fetore nauseante del baratto sessuale è un lusso che mi concederò sempre.

ps. L'amante maturo e geneoso non è Berlusconi, anche se personamente la sua figura mi da il voltastomaco.

Sometimes courtesan would have been able to dethrone a legitimate queen assuming the symbolic power of a first lady, historical reports said. Madame Pompadour, mistress of the last king of France is an excellent example of courtesanes's influence. Is the courtesan disappearing now? Well, she is still alive but as time changed she has adapted herself in order to mark a new era. Nowadays the courtesan have altered her dresses but her attitudes are unchanged: she seduces men to get her dreams, bewitch her victim to obtain respect of a court turns into a lobby, uses her feminine’s skills to get whatever she wants without thinking about useless love's details. I will call her Miss X. Miss X is 20-something years old. She is a students and she used to be what I can classify “ Miss Nobody”, I mean someone not important at all, just a girl next door. By the time, her life has been changed for good. In less than one year she became an important member of an Italian political party, and a professional journalist. Furthermore, now she is part of an extremely influence political and business network. I have to admit that she is quite clever but it must be said that she skipped every requirement as academic qualification and obliged internship in order to be a journalist. She escaped from the entire long path that everybody must do in order to build this career. As a matter of fact, she needed only to persuade her 68 years old powerful lover to help her career's escalation. Of course he did everything in his power so Miss X has became a sucessful girl in a such short time . Yes, you understood, 68, and she is 20, but a courtesan is always a courtesan, she always gets and sometime overtakes her ambition. She uses everybody as means and herself as an end. Personally I prefer work hard to achieve my dreams. I just choose to look myself in the mirror and see a “fighter's reflection” rather than a courtesan one surrounded by a disgusting feeling of sexual exchange. This is a gift that I will always give to myself.

PS. Personally I found the Italian Prime minister, Mr Berlusconi, a despicable men, but in this occasion I was not refering to him as Miss X's lover.

La pillola va giù e l' evoluzione la segue - Pill goes down and the evolution as well

La pillola anticoncezionale è stata considerata la chiave di volta che ha «liberato» le donne da una concezione puritana, permettendo loro di esprimere a pieno la loro sessualità e controllare la loro fertilità. Il mito dell'anticoncezionale orale resiste, ma c'è chi oggi punta il dito sulla pillola accusandola di portare la specie umana ad una evoluzione innaturale.

La parola agli esperti

È la tesi di Alexandra Alvergne e Virpi Lummaa, due ricercatori dell'università di Sheffield in Inghilterra, che hanno appena pubblicato su Trends in Ecology and Evolution un'analisi degli studi più attendibili in tema di pillola contraccettiva e scelta dei partner. Il nocciolo della questione sono gli ormoni: una gran quantità di studi scientifici ha dimostrato che le preferenze di uomini e donne in fatto di partner variano a seconda delle fluttuazioni ormonali legate al ciclo femminile. Ad esempio, la donna nel periodo dell'ovulazione ha un debole per il «maschio-maschio»: l'uomo molto mascolino, competitivo, dominante e dalle caratteristiche genetiche più dissimili da se stessa (di questo ovviamente nessuna è consapevole, ma l'istinto guida infallibilmente verso la diversità genetica, che assicura un maggior successo riproduttivo). E pure gli uomini «fiutano» l'ovulazione femminile: se devono scegliere la più attraente fra un gruppo di donne, spesso indicano proprio quelle che sono nel loro periodo fertile. Con la pillola però le condizioni cambiano: il contraccettivo altera le fluttuazioni ormonali e mantiene la donna in uno stato di equilibrio abbastanza simile a quello della gravidanza. Alvergne e Lummaa ipotizzano che questo possa modificare in maniera significativa le preferenze in fatto di uomini, influenzando per giunta la capacità femminile di attrarre i maschi e competere con le altre donne per accaparrarseli. «C'è di più: chi usa la pillola sembra essere meno attratta da uomini geneticamente dissimili e ciò può avere un effetto nella capacità di riprodursi della coppia che eventualmente si formerà – osservano i due ricercatori –. Se davvero è così, l'uso della pillola potrà avere conseguenze considerevoli sulle prossime generazioni». I due esperti sottolineano, ad esempio, che accoppiarsi con uomini che altrimenti istintivamente non guarderemmo perché geneticamente simili a noi potrebbe portare a una riduzione della diversità della specie.

L'altra faccia della medaglia

Tutto sembra ridotto alla chimica del corpo e ai messaggi primitivi dell'attrazione. Dunque secondo la ricerca prendere la pillola salva da gravidanze indesiderate ma allo stesso tempo "respinge" gli uomini "giusti". Un'altro studio condotto nel Regno Unito, ha avvalorato questa tesi in chiave psicologica. Gli scenziati hanno infatti sostenuto che la maggioranza delle donne si dice convinta che un compagno con tratti femminili possa essere il fidanzato ideale, più serio e con meno tendenza all’infedeltà. Ci si chiede ora : ma dove andranno a finire i famigerati maschi latini? Ai posteri l'ardua sentenza.

Alexandra Alvergne and Virpi Lummaa, two researchers of Sheffield University in England, have just published on Trends in Ecology and Evolution an analysis of the most reliable studies focus on contraceptive pill theme releted to patners choice. The relevant matter of this investigation are hormones: they have shown that sexual preferences amend according to hormonal fluctuations which are strongly tied up to female cycle. It has been demonstrated that woman in the period of ovulation has "a weak" for "male-male": the very masculine man, competitive and dominant. In other words they tent to choose patners with very dissimilar genetic characteristic. Obviously nobody is aware of this fact, but following the searches it seems our instinct infallibly drives us toward genetic difference, which assures a great reproductive success. Also men "feel" female's ovulation: if they need to choose the most attractive girls among a group, often they points out those who are in their fertile period. However conditions change when women are on the pill. Alvergne and Lummaa said: "Contraceptive alters hormonal fluctuations and maintains woman in a state of equilibrium similar to pregnancy condition". They believe that this can modify in meaningful way women preferences in fact of men, influencing female skills to attract males and to compete with other women. "Moreover, who takes contraceptive pill seems to be less genetically attracted by dissimilar men. This can have a remarkable effect in the ability to be reproduce of a couple that will eventually be formed" the two researchers reveal. The experts also underline that there is a possibility to pair off with men that instinctively women would not look otherwise, because genetically similar to them, it could decrease the difference between genders.

The other face of a coin

All seems to look at body's chemestry and primitive attraction. According to the research, be on the pill is useful to avoid undesiderable pregnancy but at the same time "reject" the right man in order to continue a safe evolution. Another search conducted in the United Kingdom confirms this thesis setting it in a psychological way. Reserchers have sustained that the majority of women is convinced that a companion with female lines can be an ideal fiancé: more serious and with less tendency to unfaithfulness. We wonder now: will be the end of macho's style? Maybe next generation will answer to that question.

Soffermarmi sulle apparenze e cercare in loro il rosso scarlatto che le origina mi apre gli occhi su realtà insospettate. Ricercare nella polisimia delle parole e nella semiotica dei gesti ciò che potrebbe essere un vantaggio è un modus vivendi acquisito da tempo. Percorrere strade sterrate, respirare la terra e annegare nel fango è necessario affinchè si rinasca rivedendo il mondo innondato da una luce diversa. Lasciare tutto ciò che è certezza per ricercare uno sguardo che oltrepassi i confini è la regola primaria per poter sopravvivere ad uno stato di calma apparente che per nulla assomiglia al livore delle battaglie combattute tutti i giorni. Lacrime e sorrisi si mescolano in una odissea di sentimenti. Ne sono consapevole, sono stata curiosa, ho morso la mela, ma diciamo la verità il Paradiso fatto di rose rosse e giornate di sole caldo non assomigliano a me. Logorarmi in un quotidiano monotono mi avrebbe ucciso. Se qualcuno se lo stesse domandando, si rimorderei la mela, non una ma mille volte. Infondo, bisogna tenerlo sempre a mente, senza il peccato originale la redenzione cristiana perderebbe il suo principale fondamento.

Looking at apparences and finding throug them the red scarlett which is a natural part of everything makes my eyes widely open about an unexpected reality. Searching into polisemy of words and semiotic of signs is a modus vivendi ( latin - way of life) that I acquired long time ago. Walking dirty roads, breathing dust and drowning into slush it is necessary in order to reborn and see the world with a new brand brighter light. I left every sureness and I saw beyond the border because I knew this was necessary to survive. I couldn't manage to live in a state of "apparent" quite situation which doesn't look like at my daily fights. Tears and smiles are mixed down in an "odissea" of feelings. I was curious, I am perfectly concious of that. It's true, I bit the apple but let's face the reality: a life in Heaven, made by red rose and a warming sun, didn't suit me very well. Living a monotonous evey days life it would have kill me. If you are just wondering if I have any regrets... well I can replay no!, I would bite the apple not once but another thousand time. At the end of the day, we need to bear in mind that without the original sin Cristian redention would have lost the main reason to exist.

Ritorno all'età oscura - Back to the dark age

Certe notizie arrivano come un pugno nello stomaco, schioccano e ti lasciano basita. Come uno schiaffo violento sul volto comprendi che il medioevo in certi posti non è sparito ma ha solo mutato forma.

Vi starete domandando ora: ma cosa sarà mai successo? Di seguito troverete la notizia

"La scorsa settimana Grace una giovane arruolata nell'esercito nigeriano è stata brutalmente violentata e uccisa poichè indossando i pantaloni del Corpo armato aveva offeso il suo aggressore." Una donna, anche se soldato, non può indossare i pantaloni dell'esercito. Questa logica abietta è supportata dalla proposta di legge chiamata Indecent dressing bills che vieta alle donne di vestire indecentemente.

Secondo Yenute Allend l'omicida di Grace potrebbe passare indenne a tutto ciò proprio in virtù della proposta parlamentare. Le donne scendono in strada, urlano protestano ma secondo fonti attendbili l'iter va avanti. Un esito positivo della proposta in Nigeria, come in Sudan, vorrebbe dire che le donne dovranno attenersi a un rigido codice di abigliamento altrimenti rischiano, se sono fortunate, fino a 6 mesi di galera, altrimenti la morte.

A positive response from the Nigerian goverment will mean that woman must follow a code in order to get dress. If they will decide to not follow "the instruction" they may face 6 months in prison, if they are lucky, ortherwise death.
